TERMS OF SERVICE
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Safiya Etoilla and Client for the provision of Live2D rigging services.1. Services: The Service Provider will provide rigging services for Live2D models as described in the project proposal and agreed upon by both parties. The services shall include, but not be limited to, defining the joints and bones in the character's model, mapping the movement of the bones to the movement of the character, and fine-tuning the animation to achieve the desired result.2. You image quality must be high or good, with a resolution of at least 3000 px or higher and a DPI of 300 (recommended). If you are still unsure, please contact me so that I can check it for you.3. Refund Policy I strive to provide the highest quality rigging services to our clients. If, for any reason, you are planning to refund, we offer the following refund policy:Request for Refund: To request a refund, you must contact us within 1 month after receiving the payment depends on your queue. In Addition, during the process of completion of the rigging service the refund request is thereafter not valid. Refund requests received after this time frame will not be honored.Changed Mind: If you change your mind about the rigging work, we will not provide a refund4. Complexities:
Our services may include additional complexities such as fur, cloth, and other dynamic elements that can affect the final rig. Additional costs may be incurred for these complexities and will be discussed with you before proceeding.5. Revisions:
We will work with you to make revisions to the rigged character as necessary. Any revisions beyond the initial scope of work will be subject to additional charges.6. Duration: The rigging services will be performed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties and specified in the project proposal. The Service Provider will make every effort to complete the services within the agreed timeframe, but reserves the right to extend the deadline if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all information and materials provided by the other party during the course of the project, including, but not limited to, any software, animations, and other materials created or provided by the Service Provider.8. First Come, First Served Policy
Our services operate on a first come, first served basis. We will process requests in the order in which they are received.Prioritization
We may prioritize requests based on factors such as client paid urgency fee. However, priority will not be given based on factors such as the size of the project or the client's position.the rigger also prioritized who fully paid. downpayments will affect your queue.Waitlist
If we are unable to fulfill a request immediately, we will place the request on a waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be notified of their status and estimated wait time.9. Payment Terms: The Client will pay the Service Provider the agreed fee for the rigging services, as specified in the project proposal. The payment will be made in Dollars and Paypal. The Service Provider will invoice the Client agreed payment schedule.10. Intellectual Property: The Service Provider will retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all the rigging work product, including, but not limited to, any software, animations, and other materials created or provided by the Service Provider. The Client shall have a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the rigging work product for the purpose specified in the project proposal.11. Downpayment: A non-refundable deposit equal to [50%] of the total project cost is required. This deposit secures your spot in my schedule and covers the time. The remaining balance will be due upon Starting of the project. Failure to pay the remaining balance within expected timeframe of project completion may result in Reschedule of the date.12. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. This agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
RIGGING PROCESS
1. Communication and Model Separation Before beginning the rigging process, the artist and rigger will communicate to ensure that the model is properly separated and that all necessary elements are included in the PSD file.2. PSD Review: The rigger will review the provided PSD file to ensure that the model has been properly separated and that all necessary elements are included.3. Model Separation Fee: If the model has not been properly separated, the rigger will reach out to the artist to discuss the necessary changes. If the artist cannot be contacted, the rigger will offer a separate service fee for proper separation. If the model has been properly separated, the rigger will begin the rigging process as soon as possible.4. Payment: Payment for the rigging services can be made via Gcash for local transactions or PayPal for international transactions.5. Progress Updates: Throughout the rigging process, the rigger will send progress updates via Twitter and Google Drive and make any necessary adjustments or changes as requested.
